FABRICATEDSEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (ETP), COMPACT STP
In present era of speed & lack of space we are providingready to install & use ETP for institutions, schools, hospitals, malls, complexes & industries.
A compact ready to install & function STP
We are Manufacturer & Suppliers of PrefabricatedSTP Water Treatment Plants, these are environment friendly based on GreenBuilding Technology.
Benefits of Compact Effluent Treatment System:
REQUIRE LESS SPACE THAN ANY OTHER TECHNOLOGY
All treatment plants i.e. ETP shall be based onactual measurements of the waste stream to be treated in respect of hydraulicload suspended and dissolved organic material, and the applicable localeffluent requirements.
It is assumed that the polluted domestic waterpiping system ends in a customer provided pump well/tank system which shall bepreceded by a screen chamber and oil and grease trap. The system shall ensurethat grit, floating matter, oils and coarse particles which shall hinder theoperation of the plant equipment are separated before the process.
The buffer capacity must be sufficient to level outthe daily peak flows
The treatment plant will take suction from the pumpwell by its own feed pump. The pump is auto level controlled and has acapacity, which is slightly higher than the average daily flow. The plant has, therefore, an intermittent working mode in terms of hydraulic flow, while theair blower supplying air to the bioreactors is continuous. The bioreactorsdegrade the dissolved organic matter by oxidation into carbon dioxide, whichescapes to the air, and to biomass that acts as activated sludge.
The biodegraded water flows to a clarification stagewhere the suspended solid settles by gravity. The water is directed to a skimwell to tube settler system which provides the final clarification of theeffluent.
The sludge pump is activated with suction from theclarification stage. The pump discharges through a CI sludge filter press withthe overflow back to the pumping sump. When necessary, the sludge is hauledaway for disposal.
